1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you and your pet to be happy with our service! If you're not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of the appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue
2. Refunds Are Not Available for:

Pets who become aggressive, anxious, or uncooperative, preventing completion of the groom

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

Dissatisfaction due to miscommunication about haircut style—please be as specific as possible during the consultation

Situations where grooming cannot be completed due to matted fur, health issues, or unsafe conditions
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee

No-shows or arrivals later than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may be charged 100% of the appointment cost
4. Refund Process
If a refund is granted:

It will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
